Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows “Delivered,” ToyHaven is not liable for:
- Theft
- Missing parcels
- Delivery to incorrect locations caused by customer-provided address errors

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for:

- VAT
- Customs duties
- Brokerage fees
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Large Item & Ride-On Toy Shipping
Ride-on toys and large products may:
- Ship in multiple boxes
- Require assembly
- Experience extended delivery times due to carrier handling
Minor cosmetic packaging damage during transit does not qualify for refund or replacement if the product remains functional.
